Incorporated in year 2000 and has been providing project management, engineering and consultancy services to the Malaysian telco industry. Over the years, Dewarisan has ventured into a wide range of fields - from telecommunications, engineering, network operations, information technology, interior design, logistics, trading as well as multimedia services.

Core activities in telecommunications and InfoComm. These include cellular site planning and design, fixed broadband solutions, network benchmarking, construction of telecom towers, network commissioning, system integration, Radio Frequency optimization and field maintenance.
We have since 2019 moved on to new products and services encompassing Virtual Reality amusement park, cold room warehousing, solar farms, private 5G network, and data centers.

Dato’ Nasir Mansor is the founding Chairman and CEO of Dewarisan Ventures Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian innovation group driving digital infrastructure, ESG-aligned smart cities, and modular ICT systems. With over 25 years of experience in broadband, private 5G, and national rollout programs, Dato’ Nasir has architected transformative partnerships with global leaders including KT Corp, Huawei, and Iskandar Investment Berhad.
